Norfolk Casino

Boyd Gaming Corporation and Pamunkey Indian Tribe

Yates and our joint venture partner are providing preconstruction and construction services for the Norfolk Casino in Norfolk, Virginia. The project scope includes 65,000 SF of gaming space, an eleven-story, 200-key hotel, and an eight-story parking garage with 1,400+ parking spaces. The facility will also include multiple restaurants and bars, a modern-day gastropub, a high-limit gaming area, an elevated pool deck, a spa and fitness center, and flexible meeting spaces.
